1 cup white long-grain rice

1 medium green, red, yellow, and orange bell pepper

½ tablespoon garlic powder

½ tablespoon onion powder

1 pound steak fajita meat

½ cup Salsa

½ yellow onion, sliced

1 package of fajita seasoning

½ tablespoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

Step 1

Add rice to a pot and cover with enough water; cook according to the directions on the package. Bring to a boil on medium-high heat stirring from time to time.

Step 2

Add salt when it reaches a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer until most of the water has been absorbed and the rice is tender. Turn off the heat and add Salsa( your desired amount)

Step 3

Add fajita meat, veggies, and spices to a pan. Sauté until the veggies are tender and the meat is well cooked. Enjoy served with Mexican rice.
