Passive income is money you earn in a way that requires little to no daily effort to maintain. Some passive income ideas—like renting out property or building a blog—may take some work to get up and running, but they could eventually earn you money while you sleep.

There are many ways to achieve the success of receiving passive income. This Article is going to break down just one avenue: Blogging for Passive Income. First we will discuss the many types of blogs.  Then go-over what type Niche is good for you.  After that we will get to what you are most interested in and that is: How to create the Blog and earn income.

Best Passive Income Blog Types

Types of blogs.  Now there are many types and depending on your niche there may be a certain one that you choose to go with.  In no particular order we have VLOGS.  These are video blogs.  There are very increasing in popularity.  A good example of this is this makeup VLOG below. 

VLOGS work very well in areas such as these.  Where the user may need to see the process to help them understand better. Sometimes words just are not good enough and a visual is what really makes the difference. Other similar areas would be like car restoration. etc. 

Now a VLOG might not work as well in other areas.  For example here is a site dedicated to learning index funds.  In this scenario it might benefit more to have documentation along with strong info graphics to aid.  I will admit that my choice example is really text heavy. As you can see it would be better to break up those hug chunks of text with more visual to back up what is being told.  More on that later..

This Investment site is a Blog.  In this area it might be more beneficial because you can link your text in your article to other sites or examples.  This helps the reader pick and choose depending upon their level of learning.  Also this helps show the strength of your content. 

Another type of Blog is known as a PodCast.  This is basically Internet radio.  Podcast’s like this one below “What Is Passive Income?”

This is yet just another avenue to reach your target audience.  These can be downloaded and listened when ever.  The benefit of Podcasts is that once your information is organized you can cover many topics or go in-depth just thru conversation.  Much faster than the researching and typing.

You can create passive income using any of the formats.

Passive Income Blogging

Now that we have covered the Types of ways you may want to Blog.  We can now go into what you may want to blog about.  There are so many theories on what to blog about.  Many people say Find a Niche audience so you can build up and then go into harder topics.  Others state go for what you are really interested in. By doing this you help ensure that you do not run out of content.  Believe me this is very easy to do.

Choose your Blog Topic

Choosing your Topic is simple.  I will use me as an example.  Keep in mind there is no concrete right or wrong way to what topic to choose.  There is however some ins and out.  I decided that I wanted to communicate about fashion and parties.

That is what i really like to do.  Buy clothes and wear them out to clubs and parties.  hence the creation of LOSTnLOVEco.com

Now what I learned was, I spent more time learning about how to create the site and blog more then I spent on the blog itself.  So I then made a slight shift.  (Who knows what direction this change will go.  Maybe this site will morph into a magazine or maybe a place to get SEO information.)  At this point I’m more interested in getting content out there.  Since I spend more time on SEO I just decided to share as I go. So this article was created. Denver tech center SEO and made 1st page google

Of-course I will still create content on what I Like, but there is nothing wrong with experimentation.  I said that to say this.  In order to fine tune your aspirations in making passive income you have to start somewhere first.

If you find yourself moving into another direction. Don’t stray away, especially if you are interested in the topic. The only way you are going to get better and generate passive income through organic traffic is to keep creating great content.

The road to me being able to chat about my favorite places to party took a drastic turn. Don’t be afraid to go with the wind and adjust your sails.

Here is a list of the most popular subjects out there today:

As you can see I like entertainment and wanted to make money online talking about it.  So keeping my two favorite subjects open to talk about is my choice for this domain. I’m on track with that.  Maybe I can figure a way out to merge the two and really put a spin on things.

I spent alot of time going over the different areas.  I mean I spent too much time.  That is why again it is ok to do some research and learn, nothing wrong with that.  but don’t spend all your time profiting other blogs while you have not done anything with yours.

Putting Your Blog together

Ok.,  By now you should have a good idea How you want to Blog and What you want to talk about. Great, now what? 

There are so many ways people are telling you to go about creating your blog content. But your next step is going to be is finding what topics have the most traffic.   There is SEO content, Keyword Research and Finding traffic gap articles all over the web.

Why can I talk about that?  Because I spent more time on this than I did when I wrote my very first article.  I’m not ashamed.  Here is the gem right here. headphones.  Is it the best piece ever.  Oh heck no!  The one thing it became was the start.

Below are just a few tips on the steps to creating content which I will cover more on later.

1st find the words (keyword position)
2nd where do they rank (seo keyword ranking)
3rd what websites are your comp (website ranking)
4th check other areas (google rank checker)
5th Write, Don’t leave any information out.
6th now you rank, and don’t fall (stop my google rank from falling)
