Men’s shower gel has almost completely replaced bar soap.
The days of using bar soap seems like it’s coming to an end. Bar soap almost doesn’t even exist in the stores these day, why is that? (Men’s Shower Gel)
I can’t even remember that last time I seen a bar soap holder in the shower. Hotels have even made the switch to shower gel. We took a quick dive into why men’s shower gel has completely taken over.
1. Men’s shower gel is much cleaner, (No pun intended) because it comes in a container. Soap it becomes messy over time.
Who remembers having to clean out the soap dish? That thing can really become an awe foul mess when having to clean.
Besides all the soap scum left behind the bar itself can be an eyesore in the bathroom. Sometimes have to clean the bar before even using it to your hands or body.
2. Shower gel is so easy to travel with since it comes in its own carrying case. I’ve tried to put soap back in the box after using it and it didn’t turn out to well.
3. Men’s shower gel comes in so many different sizes for all application. Whereas soap is the same size no matter what.
4. With all the newly designed body washes there are so many different scents. It could just be me but these new shower gels don’t seem to dry up the skin as much as body wash.
Now I’m sure some of us still use bar soap and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. The one thing I do miss about soap bars is…. Well nothing.
